Service Description
Transport yourself to Sweden with this delicious, hands-on class! Students will learn to make tender, flavorful Swedish Meatballs from scratch, using a blend of beef and pork, then simmer them in a rich, creamy Gravy. We’ll also prepare classic sides like Mashed Potatoes and Lingonberry Sauce to complete the meal. By the end of the class, you'll have the recipe and skills to recreate this comforting dish at home and share it with friends and family. All ingredients and tools are provided—just bring your appetite and a love for hearty, homemade food! Participants will be standing for most of the class, so please wear closed-toe shoes and ensure long hair is tied back. This is a drop-off program designed to foster independence in the kitchen. Missed classes are non-refundable—please review our Cancellation Policy. After class, each participant will take home the recipes they’ve mastered, ready to recreate and share their new cooking skills with family and friends.
